Belrise Industries IPO  is a book-built issue worth ₹2,150 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 23.89 crore equity shares. The IPO opened on May 21, 2025 and closed on May 23, 2025. The allotment was finalised yesterday on May 26, 2025, with the listing expected on BSE and NSE by May 28, 2025. 

The price band is ₹85 to ₹90 per share. Retail investors must apply for at least one lot of 166 shares, requiring ₹14,940. sNII must apply for 14 lots (₹2,09,160), and bNII for 67 lots (₹10,00,980). Belrise Industries IPO received an overall subscription of 43.14 times by the close on May 23, 2025. The issue was subscribed 4.52 times by retail investors, 112.63 times by QIBs, and 40.58 times by NIIs. 

The public issue offered 16.72 crore shares, with 8.36 crore for retail, 4.78 crore for QIBs, and 3.58 crore for NIIs. Total bids stood at 721.33 crore shares worth ₹64,920.07 crore. Anchor investors subscribed to 7.16 crore shares worth ₹645 crore. Total applications received were 25,34,694 by Day 3.
