Atul Ltd has set July 11, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On April 25, 2025, Atul Ltd board declared a final dividend of ₹11 per share.
Atul Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company proposed dividend of ₹ 25/- (Rupees twenty five only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 25, 2025.”
As Atul Ltd has set July 11 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that July 10, marks the last day to buy Atul shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after July 11 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to T+1 settlement rule.

The Pharmaceuticals and Aromatics segment consists of product groups such as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates, which are used across various therapeutic categories like antidepressants, antidiabetic, anti-infective, antifungal, and cardiovascular treatments. Some key APIs include Acyclovir, Dapsone, and Fluconazole, while intermediates like carbonates and chloroformates play an important role. In 2024-25, the segment's sales grew by 14%, from ₹556 crore to ₹633 crore, with sales outside India seeing a significant 28% increase.
The Aromatics-II sub-segment, which caters to the Fragrance and Personal Care industries, saw a 14% increase in sales, with key products like para Cresol and para Anisic aldehyde. Sales in India and abroad both experienced solid growth, with the global fragrance industry projected to reach US$ 18 billion by 2025..
The Crop Protection – Retail segment focuses on providing products like herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and biostimulants to meet the growing demands of food, feed, and fiber production. The segment includes 58 brands, such as Zura, Salix, and Cyno, covering 71 formulations across various product categories. In 2024-25, the segment saw a significant 25% increase in sales, from ₹205 crore to ₹256 crore, with a 39% growth driven by volume. Additionally, the company introduced 10 new products during the year to expand its offerings.
