ACME Solar Holdings Limited reported financial and operational performance for Q4 and FY25, backed by strategic capacity expansions, enhanced efficiency, and earnings growth.
ACME Solar’s consolidated revenue for FY25 stood at ₹1,575 crore, marking a 32% year-on-year (YoY) increase. EBITDA rose 43% YoY to ₹1,406 crore, reflecting a healthy margin profile.
Cash PAT surged 154% YoY to ₹559 crore, supported by improved operational metrics and refinancing benefits. On a standalone basis, revenue reached ₹1,512 crore with EBITDA at ₹428 crore and cash PAT of ₹188 crore.
Q4 FY25 performance was especially strong, with revenue increasing 69.5% YoY due to new capacity coming online. The quarter delivered an EBITDA margin of 90.5% and a PAT margin of 22.6%.
For FY25 overall, PAT increased to ₹251 crore from ₹109 crore in FY24, registering a 130.7% growth.
The company commissioned 1,200 MW of solar projects during the year and an additional 165 MW in May 2025. ACME also secured 1,900 MW in project wins, expanding its portfolio to 6,970 MW. A total of 1,890 MW worth of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) were signed in FY25.
ACME generated 4,013 million units (MUs) of electricity, up 55.2% from the previous year, with a Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) rising from 23.6% to 25.6%. Rajasthan-based assets delivered an impressive average CUF of 29.4% in Q4 FY25. Plant and grid availability stood at 99.5% and 99.8%, respectively.
The company improved its financial profile by raising equity and refinancing ₹7,700 crore of debt, leading to an average reduction of ~75 basis points in borrowing costs. Net debt stood at ₹7,507 crore with a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 4.4x, well within its target of 5.5x. Days Sales Outstanding dropped significantly from 93 to 42 days.

On May 20, 2025, ACME Solar share price opened at ₹247.00, slightly up from its previous close of ₹246.67. At 10:36 AM, the share price of ACME Solar was trading at ₹241.39, down by 2.14% on the NSE.
