3M India Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved a final and special dividend of ₹535 per equity share for the financial year 2024-2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company recommended a Final Dividend of ₹160 per equity share and a Special Dividend of ₹375 per equity share (both of ₹10 face value each) for FY 2024-25. The company stated that these dividends are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 26, 2025.
The Board has set July 25, 2025 (Friday) as the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend payout. If approved at the AGM, the Final and Special Dividends will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the AGM date.
For the financial year ended March 2025, the company reported Sales and Other Operating Income of ₹4,446 crore, marking a 6% growth compared to ₹4,189 crore in the previous fiscal year. However, Other Income declined by 10%, standing at ₹70 crore versus ₹78 crore in FY 2023-24.
Despite steady revenue growth, operating profitability remained largely unchanged, with EBITDA at ₹840 crore, almost flat compared to ₹837 crore last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) dipped by 1% to ₹773 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) fell sharply by 18% to ₹476 crore from ₹583 crore in the prior year.
On July 23, 2025, 3M India share price (NSE: 3MINDIA) opened at ₹31,250.00 and closed at ₹31,575.00, up by 1.10%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹31,695.00.

The company's last dividend declaration was a final and special dividend of ₹685 per share, with a record date of July 5, 2024. With the newly approved dividend, shareholders can anticipate continued returns. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the dividend.
