Two Bajaj Group stocks, Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited and Bajaj Finserv Limited have both announced final dividends for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, and have set Friday, June 27, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility.
Bajaj Holdings has declared a final dividend of ₹28 per equity share (280%) for FY2024-25 on shares with a face value of ₹10 each. If approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), the dividend will be credited or dispatched on or before August 15, 2025.
So, if you own 1,000 shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd as of the record date (June 27), you are eligible to receive ₹28,000 as dividend, subject to AGM approval.
Bajaj Finserv, another major Bajaj group company, has declared a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (100%) for FY 2024-25 on shares with a face value of Re. 1 each. This dividend too will be paid on or before July 29, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
Hence, if you hold 1,000 shares of Bajaj Finserv Ltd on the record date, you will receive a dividend payout of ₹1,000, subject to shareholder approval.
To receive the declared dividends from Bajaj Holdings or Bajaj Finserv, you must be a registered shareholder as of June 27, 2025. Due to India’s T+1 settlement system, only those who purchased the shares on or before June 26, 2025, are eligible to receive the dividend.

Both Bajaj Holdings and Bajaj Finserv have set June 27, 2025, as the record date for their final dividend payouts. Investors holding shares as of this date will qualify for the respective dividends. The payments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGMs.
