The company, which began operations in 2013, specializes in providing solar energy solutions, particularly in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of solar power projects. It offers comprehensive, end-to-end solutions to its clients, who are primarily public sector undertakings and commercial and industrial clients.
As of July 31, 2025, the company has successfully completed projects with a total capacity of 253.67 megawatts (MW) AC/336.17 MW DC. Its ongoing projects have a capacity of 765 MW AC/994 MW DC for EPC and 325 MW/650 MWh for Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).
The company operates under two distinct business models:
- CAPEX Model: Under this model, the company provides turnkey solutions, including the design, installation, and commissioning of solar projects. Ownership of the project is transferred to the customer.
- RESCO Model: In this model, the company installs, owns, and operates the solar projects. Customers are not required to make any capital investment and instead purchase the generated power at a fixed tariff through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Additionally, the company provides Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, which are included with a majority of its EPC projects to ensure the long-term performance and reliability of the solar assets.
Industry Outlook
- India is projected to add 170–180 GW of solar capacity between FY 2026–2030, driven by central schemes, state tenders, and PSU projects.
- Government initiatives such as ISTS charge waivers (until June 2025), the National Green Hydrogen Mission with an outlay of ₹19,744 crore, and aggressive tendering are accelerating the development of India’s solar power industry.
- India’s solar module exports rose sharply during FY 2023, driven by restrictions on Chinese products globally. This is further driving companies to strengthen their presence in the global renewable energy market.
