Nisus Finance Services is launching an IPO worth ₹114.24 crores through a book-built issue. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 56.46 lakh shares amounting to ₹101.62 crores and an offer for sale of 7.01 lakh shares aggregating ₹12.61 crores.
