Market Movers: Here are today’s high-volume buzzers!

The domestic indices started the trading session with a slight uptick, primarily driven by more than 10% gains registered in the IT major Tech Mahindra. However, the momentum was later dampened by substantial losses observed in the banking and financial services sectors, pulling the indices down.

At 10:10 am, the BSE Sensex fell 0.18% reaching a level of 74,220. The Nifty 50 index declined 0.12% to the 22,543 level. On the Sensex, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and HCL Technologies were among the top gainers, whereas Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, and Nestle India were among the market draggers.
