The IPO of Campus Activewear, the biggest sports and athleisure footwear brand in India, was subscribed 51.75 times on the third day of its offering, 28 April 2022. This includes a total of 1,74,02,02,110 bids against an offering of 3,36,25,000 shares the company made to its investors, as per the official website of NSE.

The company is a manufacturer and distributor of highly assorted footwear incorporated in 2005. Its varieties include walking shoes, running shoes, slippers, flip-flops, casual shoes, etc. Moreover, they also have options in colour, style, and price. 

At present, this Pan-India footwear brand has 400 distribution centres spread across 28 states and 625 cities. In addition, Campus Activewear offers both online and offline assistance to expand its sales horizon. The company launched its initial public offering on 26 April 2022 to raise a fund of Rs. 1,400.16 crores. Moreover, this IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) issued by its existing shareholders and promoters. The price band of this offering ranges from Rs. 278 to Rs. 292.
