UltraTech Cement Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved a dividend of ₹77.50 per equity share for the financial year 2024-2025.
The Board of Directors of the company recommended a dividend of 775% at ₹77.50 per equity share (face value ₹10 each), amounting to ₹2,283.75 crore in total.
The company has set Friday, July 25, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
The company stated that if approved at the AGM, the dividend will be disbursed on or after Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
The company reported sales volumes of 135.83 million metric tonnes (ml mt) for the year, ranking among the highest globally (excluding China). Consolidated Net Sales rose to ₹74,936 crore, up from ₹69,810 crore in the previous year.
However, profit before interest, depreciation, and tax (PBIDT) declined slightly to ₹13,302 crore, compared to ₹13,586 crore in the prior fiscal. UltraTech expanded its capacity by 42.60 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) through both organic and inorganic growth during FY25. Despite this growth, profit after tax fell to ₹6,039 crore from ₹7,005 crore.
On July 23, 2025, UltraTech Cement share price (NSE: ULTRACEMCO) opened at ₹12,460.00 and closed at ₹12,378.00, down by 0.59%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹12,358.00.

The company's last dividend declaration was a dividend of ₹70 per share, with a record date of July 30, 2024. With the newly approved dividend, shareholders can anticipate continued returns.
