The Dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or after the fourth day from the conclusion of the 73rd Annual General Meeting”.

As Trent has set June 12 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that June 11, marks the last day to buy Trent shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after June 12 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.
