Travel Food Services IPO opened for subscription on July 7, 2025, and closed on July 9, 2025. 

It was a book-building issue of ₹2,000.00 crores. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 1.82 crore shares. The Travel Food Services IPO price band was set at ₹1100 per share. 

On Day 3 of subscription, July 9, as of 6:19 PM, Travel Food Services IPO was subscribed 3.03 times. QIBs subscribed 8.10x, NIIs subscribed 1.67x, and retail investors subscribed 0.73x.

The share allotment was finalised on Thursday, July 10, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Monday, July 14, 2025.

Travel Food Services Share Price

On the listing day, on the NSE, Travel Food Services share price (NSE: TRAVELFOOD) opened at ₹1,125.00, up from its issue price of ₹1,100.00. At 11:37 AM, the share price was trading at ₹1,080.50, down by 1.77% from its issue price and down by 3.96% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s low at ₹1,077.00. The company’s market cap was ₹14,230.60 crore. 

On the BSE, at 11:39 AM, Travel Food Services share price was trading at ₹1080.90, down by 4.02% from its opening price of ₹1126.20 and 1.74% down from its issue price of ₹1100.00.
