Titan Company Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a dividend of ₹11 per ordinary share of ₹ 1 each.
At its meeting held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, the company’s Board of Directors recommended a dividend of ₹11 per ordinary share of face value ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholders' approval at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company has fixed Tuesday, July 8, 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of members for the dividend.
If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after Friday, July 25, 2025, after applicable tax deductions.
For the financial year ended March 2025 (FY25), the company reported a strong performance with operating revenue rising to ₹56,853 crore, marking a 21.2% year-on-year (YoY) growth from ₹46,921 crore in FY24. Total income also increased by 20.8% YoY to ₹57,339 crore, up from ₹47,454 crore in the previous fiscal. Meanwhile, EBITDA stood at ₹6,180 crore in FY25, reflecting a 6.1% YoY growth compared to ₹5,825 crore in FY24.
On July 4, 2025, Titan Company share price opened at ₹3,666.00 and closed at ₹3,684.00, up by 0.14%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹3,690.10.

Titan Company is mainly involved in the manufacturing and sale of iron and steel products. It serves as the flagship company of the diversified JSW Group, which has a business footprint spanning energy, infrastructure, cement, paints, sports, and venture capital, with an overall valuation of US$ 23 billion.
The company's last dividend declaration was a dividend of ₹11 per share, with a record date of June 27, 2024. With the newly approved interim dividend, shareholders can anticipate continued returns.
