On June 25, 2025, Timex Group share price hit the 5% lower circuit at ₹251 on the BSE after the promoter announced an Offer for Sale (OFS). By 9:30 AM, the stock was down 5% while the BSE Sensex was up by 0.49%, trading at 82,460.71.

About the OFS

The promoter, Timex Group Luxury Watches B.V., plans to sell 7,571,250 equity shares, which equals 7.5% of the company’s total share capital. Additionally, there’s an option to sell the same number of shares again under the oversubscription route, taking the total potential sale to 15%. The floor price for the OFS is set at ₹175 per share.

The OFS is open to non-retail investors on June 25 (T Day) and will open to retail investors on June 26 (T+1 Day).

Market Impact

The announcement created selling pressure, resulting in the stock getting locked in the lower circuit. The company’s current market cap stands at ₹2,533.85 crore. Its 52-week high is ₹289.90, and the 52-week low is ₹117.90.
