Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share of Re.1.
At its meeting held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share of ₹1 each, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2025.
The company has fixed Wednesday, June 4, 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of members for the final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid, after applicable tax deductions, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
For Q4 FY 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹64,479 crore, marking a 5.3% year-on-year growth (constant currency growth of 2.5%). This growth was driven primarily by strong performance in Regional Markets (+22.5% YoY), the Europe region (ERU) with a 4.6% increase, and the BFSI segment, which grew 2.5% YoY. The company maintained healthy profitability with an operating margin of 24.2% and a net margin of 19.0%.
The quarter also saw exceptional cash generation, with operating cash flow reaching 125.1% of net income, reflecting strong financial discipline and efficiency. Notably, the company recorded its highest-ever total contract value (TCV) in a fourth quarter at $12.2 billion, translating to a robust book-to-bill ratio of 1.6, underscoring continued demand and future revenue visibility.
On June 3, 2025, TCS share price opened at ₹3,446.00 and closed at ₹3,411.40, down by 1.11%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹3,400.50.
