Tata Steel Limited's Board of Directors has approved and declared a dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share for FY 2024-25.
The company’s Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share (360%) on shares with a face value of ₹1 each for FY2024-25.
The company stated that this recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid, after applicable tax deductions, within five days of the AGM.
The Company has fixed Friday, June 6, 2025, as the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend.
For the full year, the company reported consolidated annual revenues of ₹2,18,543 crore and an EBITDA of ₹25,802 crore, maintaining a healthy margin of around 12%. Despite a challenging operating environment, EBITDA improved by 10% year-on-year, reflecting strong operational efficiency.
In the January–March 2025 quarter, consolidated revenues stood at ₹56,218 crore, marking a 5% quarter-on-quarter growth, driven by increased deliveries across geographies. The EBITDA for the quarter was ₹6,762 crore, with the margin holding steady at ~12%.
On June 5, 2025, Tata Steel share price opened at ₹158.86 and closed at ₹158.05, down by 0.08%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹157.05.
