Tata Consumer Products Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a dividend of ₹8.25 per equity share of face value of ₹1 each.
The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹8.25 per equity share of face value ₹1 each (825%), subject to shareholder approval at the 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has fixed Thursday, May 29, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of members for receiving the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after Saturday, June 21, 2025, after applicable tax deductions at source.
The company reported revenue growth, with revenue from operations for the quarter reaching ₹4,608 crore, marking a 17% year-on-year increase, including 12% organic growth.
For the full financial year, revenue stood at ₹17,618 crore, up 16% YoY, with 9% organic growth, reflecting steady demand and operational expansion.
Despite a slight 1% decline in consolidated EBITDA for the quarter at ₹625 crore, the company delivered an 8% rise in EBITDA for the full year, reaching ₹2,502 crore. Group Net Profit showed a sharp 64% jump for the quarter at ₹349 crore, while the annual net profit grew by 6%, coming in at ₹1,287 crore, indicating a strong bottom-line performance for the year.
On May 27, 2025, Tata Consumer Products share price (NSE: TATACONSUM) opened at ₹1,146.60 and closed at ₹1,136.50, down by 0.85%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹1,127.20.
