Sula Vineyards Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share pf face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
On May 22, 2025, Sula Vineyards share price (NSE: SULA) opened at ₹307.80 and closed at ₹306.50, down by 0.42%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹303.60.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.60 per share on equity shares of face value ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The 22nd AGM will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the final dividend has been set as Friday, May 23, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.
The company reported its highest-ever Revenue from Operations in both Q4 FY25 and FY25, with YoY growth of 1.1% and 1.8%, respectively.
Profit After Tax (PAT) declined by 24.8% YoY to ₹13.0 crore in Q4 FY25 and fell by 24.8% YoY to ₹70.2 crore for the full year FY25.
