Nestle India is planning to discuss issuing its first-ever bonus shares at its board meeting on June 26. If approved, this would be a big milestone for the company. NATCO Pharma’s Kothur manufacturing unit was inspected by the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) from June 9 to June 19. After the inspection, the USFDA issued seven Form 483 observations, which means there were certain compliance issues found. However, NATCO has not yet revealed the specific details of the observations.
HCL Technologies has signed a new agreement with Just Energy, a US-based energy retailer. The project involves improving customer services by using Generative AI (GenAI) and Digital Process Outsourcing (DPO) tools. This move supports HCL’s strategy to grow in the AI and digital solutions space, especially in the energy sector.
Ashoka Buildcon has won a new contract worth ₹562 crore from the Government of Guyana. The project is the East Bank–East Coast Road Linkage (Phase 2). The construction will take about 18 months, and this contract marks another key international infrastructure project for Ashoka Buildcon.
ITD Cementation India has announced two major construction contracts with a combined value of ₹960 crore. One of the projects involves work at Trivandrum International Airport, and the other includes constructing a multi-storey commercial building in Kolkata. The company has not disclosed the names of the clients for these projects.
Brigade Enterprises’ coworking and office space brand, BuzzWorks, has leased out 24,000 square feet of office space to Infor India. This space is located at the company’s Auro Orbit centre in HITEC City, Hyderabad. The deal reflects the growing demand for premium office space in India’s IT hubs.
