In other news, on June 10, 2025, the company informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Friday, June 13, 2025. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
As of December 31, 2024, SpiceJet operated a total fleet of 63 aircraft, comprising 22 owned, 32 on dry lease, and 9 on wet lease. Consequently, the airline’s total income stood at ₹16,507 crore, reflecting a 23% overall drop from the previous quarter. Despite the challenging quarter, the company’s net worth stood at ₹70 crore as of December 2024.
