Scoda Tubes Share Price Surges 5% on Listing Day

Scoda Tubes IPO opened for subscription on May 28, 2025, and closed on May 30, 2025. 

It was a book-building issue of ₹220.00 crore. The issue was a fresh issue of 1.57 crore shares. The Scoda Tubes IPO price band was set at ₹140 per share. 

On Day 3 of subscription, May 30, as of 6:19 PM, Scoda Tubes IPO was subscribed 57.37 times. QIBs subscribed 72.97x, NIIs subscribed 121.72x, and retail investors subscribed 20.89x.

The share allotment was finalised on Monday, June 2, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Scoda Tubes Share Price

On the listing day, on the NSE, Scoda Tubes share price (NSE: SCODATUBES) opened at ₹140.00, the same as its issue price of ₹140.00. At 10:41 AM, the share price was trading at ₹147.00, up by 5% from its issue price and up by 5% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹147.00. The company’s market cap was ₹880.66 crore. 

On the BSE, at 10:44 AM, Scoda Tubes share price was trading at ₹146.95, up by 4.96% from its opening price of ₹140.00 and 4.96% up from its issue price of ₹140.00.
