RVNL Q4 FY25 Earnings Results: Net Profit Slips 4% to ₹459 Crore, Declares ₹1.72 Dividend 

RVNL, a Navratna PSU, announced its Q4 FY25 results on May 21, 2025, recording a net profit of ₹459 crore — a 4% decline from ₹478 crore reported in the same period last year.

Revenue Declines Slightly

RVNL’s revenue from core operations also dropped by 4.2% year-on-year, falling to ₹6,427 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹6,714 crore in Q4FY24. However, the company also managed to reduce its total expenses by 4.5% to ₹6,120 crore, mainly due to lower operational costs.

Final Dividend of ₹1.72 Per Share Announced

RVNL’s Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.72 per share (equivalent to 17.20% on a ₹10 face value) for FY 2024–25. This dividend will be distributed to shareholders within 30 days after receiving approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

RVNL Share Price and Stock Performance

RVNL shares closed at ₹412.10 on May 21, 2025, down 0.70% from the previous day. The results and dividend announcement came after market hours.
