RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd., a global SaaS provider for the travel and hospitality sector, has introduced a real-time analytics solution designed to assist hotel commercial teams in improving their distribution productivity. The launch took place in Noida on June 12, 2025.
Many current analytics tools focus on revenue managers and ignore the unique needs of distribution teams. As a result, staff often spend up to 40% of their time manually compiling data from various systems, delaying key decisions and causing inefficiencies.
RateGain’s new solution offers commercial teams real-time data and a single dashboard to monitor distribution health. It processes over 200 billion ARIs (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) every year, helping teams identify problems quickly and act on opportunities across brands and partners.
Unlike traditional systems that refresh data only once a day, RateGain's solution provides live insights without delays. This real-time access allows teams to respond immediately to issues instead of waiting for outdated batch reports.
With a click, hotel teams can now analyse reservations, cancellations, booking trends, guest counts (PAX), and lengths of stay. They can also evaluate how well their sales channels are performing and adjust strategies as needed.
In addition to real-time data, the tool uses smart forecasting by combining past booking patterns with current market signals. This helps commercial teams plan ahead more effectively.
Bhanu Chopra, Founder and MD of RateGain, emphasised that the tool empowers customers with immediate visibility into their third-party distribution systems, reducing missed revenue opportunities caused by delays.
This innovation comes as a response to findings from the "State of Distribution Report" by HEDNA and NYU SPS Tisch Centre of Hospitality, which showed a strong need for integrated tools that combine multiple data sources.
RateGain serves over 3,200 customers and 700+ partners in more than 100 countries. The company processes a vast amount of pricing and booking data, helping hotels, airlines, travel platforms, and more improve their revenue and performance.

Over the past year, the stock has reached a 52-week high of ₹859.00 and a low of ₹412.85.
RateGain's real-time analytics tool is a timely solution for hotel commercial teams struggling with fragmented reporting systems.
