Rallis India Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of face value of ₹1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of ₹1 each (250%), subject to approval by the shareholders at the 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Company has set Thursday, June 5, 2025, as the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid, after applicable tax deduction at source (TDS), on or after Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
The company reported revenue of ₹2,663 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹125 crore for FY25. In Q4 FY25, revenue stood at ₹430 crore, supported by positive volume growth in the domestic market. The seeds segment saw a turnaround, posting a profit before tax (PBT) of ₹18 crore for FY25, largely driven by the performance of the North Cotton Hybrid “Diggaz” and effective cost optimisation measures.
On June 3, 2025, Rallis India share price (NSE: RALLIS) opened at ₹315.00 and closed at ₹316.10, up by 0.35%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹323.60.
