Premier Explosives' net profit fell 44.59% to ₹3.74 crore in Q4 FY25, down from ₹6.75 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, revenue decreased by 14.64% to ₹74.08 crore, compared to ₹86.79 crore in Q4 FY24.
Both BSE and NSE have placed the company’s stock under the short-term ASM (Additional Surveillance Measure). This move is meant to alert investors due to the stock’s increased price volatility.
