Patanjali Foodsshare price rose by 3.24% today, reaching ₹1,801.10. The rise comes with a spike in trading volume, showing strong interest from investors. This makes the company one of the top performers in the Nifty Midcap 150 index.
The excitement is mainly due to an upcoming board meeting scheduled for July 17, 2025, where the company will discuss issuing bonus shares. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval, but the news has already created a lot of positive sentiment in the market.
Adding to the good news, the Union Territory of Ladakh lifted the ban on the sale of Patanjali’s Organic Wild Honey on July 9, 2025. This move is likely to boost product confidence and improve regional sales, giving another reason for investor optimism.
Patanjali Foods has shown steady and strong financial performance over the years. On a quarterly basis, its revenue grew from ₹3,101.68 crore in September 2019 to ₹9,692.21 crore in March 2025. Net profit during the same period also increased from ₹39.95 crore to ₹358.52 crore.
On a yearly basis, revenue climbed from ₹12,729.23 crore in 2019 to ₹34,156.97 crore in 2025. The company moved from a net loss of ₹87.97 crore in 2019 to a healthy profit of ₹1,300.71 crore in 2025. This turnaround shows the company's growing strength in the FMCG sector.
Patanjali’s standalone financial numbers also show strong growth. Annual sales increased from ₹16,318 crore in March 2021 to ₹34,156 crore in March 2025. In the March 2025 quarter alone, standalone net profit reached ₹358 crore.
