Nibe Limited, a key player in specialised engineering and manufacturing solutions, has received a significant purchase order valued at ₹23.33 crore. The order has been awarded by one of India’s leading infrastructure and defence companies.
The contract pertains to the supply of Armour Plate MIL12560 (ARMOUR), a specialised material used in defence and security applications.
As per the contract, Nibe Limited will supply Armour Plate MIL12560, a high-strength ballistic protection steel grade, known for its ability to absorb shock and prevent penetration from projectiles. This makes it ideal for use in military vehicles, infrastructure reinforcement, and defence-grade equipment.
The order is domestic in nature, reinforcing Nibe’s role in the ‘Make in India’ defence and infrastructure supply chain. It will be executed in tranches, with the complete delivery scheduled by May 31, 2026.
The order carries a total value of ₹23.33 crore, inclusive of all taxes and duties. This win highlights Nibe’s manufacturing capabilities and its growing presence in the critical defence sector. It also reflects the company’s ability to deliver high-quality, specialized materials to strategic industries.
On June 12, 2025, Nibe share price opened at ₹1,965.00, up from its previous close of ₹1,899.10. At 1:04 PM, the share price of Nibe was trading at ₹1,948.30, up by 2.59% on the NSE. Notably, the share price hit its 52-week high at ₹2,001.00.
