Capitalmind Mutual Fund has opened a new fund offer (NFO) for its Flexi Cap scheme. The subscription window is from July 18 to July 28, 2025. This is an open-ended equity scheme under the Flexi Cap category. The minimum investment amount is ₹5,000. The scheme is available under the Growth plan.

Investment Strategy

The fund will invest primarily in equity and equity-related instruments. It will allocate across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks, with no fixed ratio. The strategy is aimed at diversification across market segments without restrictions on market capitalisation.

Anoop Vijaykumar has been designated as the fund manager effective July 18, 2025. The Registrar and Transfer Agent for this scheme is KFin Technologies Ltd.

There is no lock-in period for investors. However, an exit load of 1% will apply if units are redeemed within 12 months from the date of allotment.
