Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has rolled out a new hybrid scheme– Baroda BNP Paribas Multi Asset Active Fund of Fund (FoF), with the subscription window open from May 15 to May 26, 2025. The fund offers an open-ended structure under the multi-asset allocation category and aims to invest across debt, equity, and gold schemes.
The investment strategy involves allocation across multiple asset classes. As per the fund’s stated benchmark composition are NIFTY Composite Debt Index (65), Domestic Prices of Gold (20), NIFTY 500 TRI (15). This allocation is managed through investments in underlying schemes within these asset categories.
The scheme is managed by Prashant R Pimple, who took over fund management responsibilities starting May 15, 2025. The Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for the scheme is KFin Technologies Ltd., and the fund is offered under the umbrella of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd.
The fund carries a ‘Moderately High’ risk rating as per the riskometer. Its performance will be benchmarked against a composite index made up of 65% NIFTY Composite Debt Index, 20% domestic gold prices, and 15% NIFTY 500 TRI.

The Baroda BNP Paribas Multi Asset Active FoF is currently in its NFO phase and will remain open for subscription until May 26, 2025. Investors can invest with a minimum amount of ₹1,000, with no lock-in but subject to exit load conditions within the first year.
