Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund has launched a new open-ended scheme called the Bajaj Finserv Equity Savings Fund. The New Fund Offer (NFO) opens for subscription on July 28, 2025, and closes on August 11, 2025.
This is a hybrid fund classified under the Equity Savings category. It will invest in a mix of equity, arbitrage, and fixed income instruments. The scheme aims to offer both income and capital appreciation.
The portfolio will include equity and equity-related instruments, arbitrage opportunities, and fixed income securities, including government bonds, debt instruments, and money market assets. This allocation helps spread investments across asset classes.
The scheme will be managed by Sorbh Gupta. It is offered by Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Ltd, and KFin Technologies Ltd has been appointed as the Registrar and Transfer Agent.
The fund comes with a moderate risk, as indicated by the Riskometer. It will be benchmarked against the NIFTY Equity Savings TRI, which is standard for funds in this category.
These terms are applicable during the NFO and for ongoing purchases post-launch.

Being an open-ended scheme, investors can enter and exit the fund at any time after the NFO period. There is no lock-in, and the fund offers flexibility in choosing between growth and dividend plans.
The Bajaj Finserv Equity Savings Fund adds to the range of hybrid schemes available in the market. With its multi-asset structure and moderate risk profile, it follows a standard equity savings model as outlined by SEBI.
