MRF Ltd has announced that the record date for its final dividend of ₹229 per share for FY24-25 is July 18, 2025, making tomorrow the ex-dividend date. The payment will be made on or after August 18, 2025. The dividend represents a hefty 2,290% payout.

AGM Scheduled for August 7

The company also stated that its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 7, 2025, via video conferencing or other digital means, following guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.

MRF Strong Q4 FY25 Performance

MRF reported solid Q4 FY25 results with:

  • Net profit up 32.99% YoY to ₹492.74 crore
  • Revenue up 11.43% to ₹7,074.82 crore
  • Total expenses rose 10.33% to ₹6,526.87 crore
  • EBITDA came in at ₹1,043 crore with a margin of 15%, improving 70 basis points from last year

As of July 17, 2025, MRF share price (NSE: MRF) was trading at ₹1,51,895, down ₹575 or 0.38%. The stock opened at ₹1,52,100 and touched a high of ₹1,52,470 and a low of ₹1,51,000 during the session. 

The company has a market capitalisation of ₹64,420 crore and a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 34.46. It offers a dividend yield of 0.15%, with a quarterly dividend amount of ₹56.96. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has hit a high of ₹1,53,000 and a low of ₹1,02,124.05.
