Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share of ₹1 each. 

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Final Dividend Record Date

The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, at its meeting held on April 22, 2025, recommended a final dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share (i.e., 325%) of face value ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The company stated that the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear as beneficial owners in the records of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) or Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for shares held in electronic form, or as members in the register of the Company for shares held in physical form, as on the record date of Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

The payment of the dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the 35th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, and will be disbursed after the conclusion of the AGM.

Q1 FY 2026 Business Highlights

In Q1 FY26, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited estimates overall disbursements at approximately ₹12,800 crore, reflecting a modest year-on-year growth of around 1% (excluding finance lease). Business assets stood at ~₹1,21,800 crore, registering a growth of ~15% over June 2024. The Collection Efficiency (CE) for the quarter is estimated at 95%, slightly higher than 94% reported in Q1 FY25.

As of June 30, 2025, Stage-3 assets are expected to be in the range of 3.8% to 3.9%, compared to 3.7% as on March 31, 2025, and 3.6% as on June 30, 2024. Stage-2 assets are estimated at 5.8% to 5.9%, versus 5.4% in the previous quarter and 6.1% in the same period last year. The company maintained a liquidity position with a liquidity chest of over ₹9,600 crore on its balance sheet.

On July 14, 2025, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services share price (NSE: M&MFIN) opened at ₹266.25 and closed at ₹268.25, up by 0.92%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹268.80.
