Mahindra Logistics Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The company’s Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (25%) of face value ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company stated that the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday, July 21, 2025. If approved and declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after Tuesday, July 22, 2025, within the stipulated timelines.
The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the dividend has been fixed as Friday, July 11, 2025.
For the financial year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹6,105 crore, reflecting a growth from ₹5,506 crore in FY24. The EBITDA also improved, rising to ₹284 crore in FY25 from ₹229 crore in the previous fiscal year, indicating better operational performance.
Despite these gains, the company continued to report losses at the bottom line. The loss before tax (PBT) stood at ₹7.7 crore in FY25, narrowing from ₹27.4 crore in FY24. The net loss (PAT) also reduced to ₹35.85 crore from ₹54.74 crore in the previous year, suggesting a gradual recovery in profitability.
On July 9, 2025, Mahindra Logistics share price (NSE: MAHLOG) opened at ₹369.90 and closed at ₹383.15, up by 4.41%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹383.40.
