Mahindra Lifespaces announced that it will lead the redevelopment of St. Pius Ten CHS Ltd in Mulund West. The land parcel offers strategic advantages, including proximity to the Eastern Express Highway and the upcoming Metro Line 5. The project site is just 0.8 km from the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road and 1.4 km from the metro corridor, enhancing its connectivity across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
The estimated Gross Development Value of ₹1,250 crore reflects the high demand and real estate value in this part of Mumbai. Spread over 3.08 acres, the project will feature modern infrastructure catering to evolving urban lifestyles. The project aligns with Mahindra Lifespaces’ strategy to scale its presence in redevelopment initiatives across metro cities.
