Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s most recognised hospitality brands, continues its expansion by announcing 2 new hotel signings in Gujarat and Haryana. These properties will be operated under its wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to growth across high-potential regions in India.
Lemon Tree Hotels has added Lemon Tree Premier, Somnath, Gujarat, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ambala, Haryana, to its growing portfolio. The Somnath property will offer 70 tastefully designed rooms alongside a restaurant, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool, spa, and public areas. It enjoys proximity to Somnath Railway Station (2 km) and Diu Airport (approximately 83 km), with strong road connectivity.
In Ambala, the Keys Lite property will include 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, a pool deck, a banquet hall, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool. The hotel is located around 5 km from Ambala railway station and 48 km from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh, ensuring convenient access for both business and leisure travellers.
Both new properties will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, further supporting Lemon Tree’s strategy of managing diversified brands. With these additions, the group continues to build on its presence in Haryana, where it already operates 12 hotels, and in Gujarat, which has nine operational properties with more under development.
