L&T Finance Limited's Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹2.75 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
On May 23, 2025, L&T Finance share price (NSE: LTF) opened at ₹173.20 and closed at ₹174.65, up by 0.54%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹175.80.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.75 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year 2024-25, the highest ever declared by the company to date. The dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date for determining eligible members is Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Upon approval, the dividend will be credited or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
In Q4FY25, the company reported a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹636 crore, marking a 15% year-on-year growth compared to ₹554 crore in Q4FY24. The Net Interest Margin (NIM) along with fees and other income stood at 10.15%, slightly lower than 10.33% reported in Q3FY25.
For the full financial year FY25, the company demonstrated robust growth with the retail loan book reaching ₹95,180 crore, a 19% YoY increase. Retail loans now constitute 97% of the overall loan book, underscoring a strong shift towards retailisation.
The total consolidated book rose to ₹97,762 crore, up 14% YoY. PAT for FY25 stood at ₹2,644 crore, compared to ₹2,320 crore in FY24, registering a 14% YoY rise. Despite a volatile credit environment, the company maintained a resilient NIM plus other income at 10.59% vs. 10.67% in FY24.
