The bank stated that this is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank has fixed Friday, July 18, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of members entitled to receive the dividend. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be disbursed on or before Friday, August 8, 2025.
