JSW Infrastructure Limited's Board of Directors has approved and declared a dividend of ₹0.80 per equity share of ₹2 for FY 2024-25.
The company’s Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.80 per equity share of face value ₹2 (i.e., 40%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company stated that this dividend is subject to approval by the Members at the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM). If declared, the dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM, after applicable tax deductions.
Tuesday, July 1, 2025, has been fixed as the record date to determine the eligible shareholders entitled to receive the dividend.
For the financial year 2025, the company reported strong operational performance, handling 117 million tonnes of cargo, marking a 9% year-on-year (YoY) growth. Notably, the share of third-party cargo rose significantly to 49%, compared to 40% in the previous year, indicating a growing external customer base and improved capacity utilisation.
On the financial front, the company’s total revenue surged by 20% YoY to ₹4,829 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹2,615 crore, reflecting a 17% increase, while profit after tax (PAT) rose sharply by 31% YoY to ₹1,521 crore, showcasing strong operational efficiency and profitability.
On July 1, 2025, JSW Infrastructure share price (NSE: JSWINFRA) opened at ₹313.15, the same as its previous close of ₹313.10. At 9:20 AM, the share price of JSW Infrastructure was trading at ₹315.15, up by 0.91% on the NSE.
