ITD Cementation India Ltd. has secured an international marine contract worth $67.4 million (approximately ₹580 crore) for jetty construction works in Abu Dhabi. The work is part of the Ruwais LNG project, which is being developed at the Al Ruwais Industrial City.
As per exchange filings, the Ruwais LNG facility is being built by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), which holds a 60% stake. Mitsui & Co., Shell, and Total Energies each hold a 10% share in the project. The facility will be the first LNG export plant in the MENA region to use clean energy.
Last week, ITD Cementation announced 2 new domestic orders worth approximately ₹960 crore, excluding GST. One contract is for construction works at Trivandrum International Airport in Kerala. The other is for a commercial building in Kolkata, West Bengal.

In the quarter ending March 31, 2025, the company’s net profit rose by 27% year-on-year to ₹113.6 crore. Revenue grew by nearly 10% to ₹2,478.7 crore. Operating profit increased to ₹259.6 crore, with margins improving to 10.5% from 9.8% in the previous year.
ITD Cementation’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY25. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility is set for August 18, 2025.
As of 10:15 AM on June 30, 2025, ITD Cementation share price was trading at ₹930.40, a 4.61% increase.
The new contract in Abu Dhabi, along with recent domestic orders and financial growth, adds to ITD Cementation’s current project pipeline across sectors.
