This is the highest annual dividend by ITC since 2020. If shareholders approve it at the company’s 114th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 25, 2025, the final dividend will be paid out between July 28 and July 31.
To receive the final dividend, investors must own ITC shares by May 28, 2025, which is the official record date. If your name is on the shareholder list on that day, you’ll be eligible for the ₹7.85 payout.
Once approved at the AGM on July 25, the final dividend of ₹7.85 will be credited between July 28 and July 31 to eligible shareholders.
ITC Ltd posted a consolidated net profit of ₹19,727 crore in Q4, but ₹15,179 crore of that was from a one-time gain related to the ITC Hotels demerger. Excluding that, the actual net profit was ₹4,875 crore, up just 0.8% YoY.
The company’s standalone revenue for the quarter rose to ₹18,494 crore, from ₹16,907 crore in Q4FY24.

After the announcement, ITC share price rose 3% intraday. Over the past month, the stock has gained 1.65%. With a market cap of ₹5.48 lakh crore, ITC continues to be a strong player, trading between a 52-week high of ₹528.50 and a low of ₹390.15.
