India's second-largest IT services company, Infosys Ltd, has announced that its board of directors will meet on July 22 and 23, 2025, to consider and approve the financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025–26. The announcement comes in line with regulatory compliance and includes key updates regarding the trading window and investor interactions.
In a regulatory filing dated June 13, Infosys Ltd confirmed that it will conduct a 2-day board meeting on July 22 and 23, 2025. The agenda of this meeting includes consideration and approval of both consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This marks the first quarterly earnings report for the FY26 financial year.
The board will examine financials prepared under Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) as well as consolidated financials under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The official results will be finalised and presented to the board for approval on July 23.
In accordance with SEBI’s regulations on insider trading, Infosys has closed its trading window for designated persons and insiders from June 16, 2025. The trading window will remain closed until July 27 and will reopen on July 28, 2025.
This measure ensures that individuals with access to unpublished price-sensitive information are restricted from trading in the company’s securities until the earnings are publicly disclosed.
Infosys has also scheduled investor and analyst calls on July 23, 2025, following the release of its quarterly results. These sessions are meant to provide clarity and transparency to stakeholders regarding the company's financial performance and strategic direction.
The company stated that access details for these calls will be shared on its investor relations website prior to the meetings.
