Info Edge (India) Ltd reported a massive rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹463.39 crore for Q4 FY25, up 667% from ₹60.39 crore in the same quarter last year. This sharp jump came largely due to an exceptional gain of ₹25.51 crore, compared to a loss of ₹162 crore in the year-ago period.
The company posted a 14% year-on-year growth in revenue from operations, reaching ₹749.63 crore, up from ₹657.42 crore last year. EBITDA for the quarter rose by 13% to ₹247.90 crore.
Standalone billings grew 19% YoY to ₹983.8 crore. Recruitment business billings rose 18.4%, while the company’s other platforms also posted solid growth:
CEO Hitesh Oberoi said the recruitment business saw solid growth after a slow start, while non-recruitment segments gained market share and turned cash positive for the year.
CFO Chintan Thakkar highlighted a 15% rise in operational cash flow, with growing contributions from non-recruitment businesses, supporting portfolio diversification.
As of March 31, 2025, the company’s standalone cash reserves, including subsidiaries, stood at ₹4,786 crore.

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share (face value ₹2) for FY25. The record date is July 25, 2025. This is the first dividend announced after the recent 5:1 stock split, where each ₹10 share was split into five shares of ₹2 each.
