The technology-enabled healthcare solutions provider, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS) IPO opened for subscription on December 12, 2024 and closed on December 16, 2024.

Inventurus IPO was a book-built issue of ₹2,497.92 crore. It was entirely an offer for sale of 1.88 crore shares. The price band of the IPO was set at ₹1,265 to ₹1,329 per share. The minimum lot size for an application was 11. The minimum amount of investment needed by retail investors was ₹14,619.

As of Day 3, December 16, 2024, 6:15 PM, IKS IPO was subscribed 52.68 times. QIBs subscribed 80.64x, NIIs subscribed 23.25x, and retail investors subscribed 14.55x.

The share allotment was finalised on December 17, 2024, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on December 19, 2024.

On the listing day, on the NSE, IKS share price opened at ₹1,900.00, up from its issue price of ₹1,329. At 10:25 AM, the share price was trading at ₹1,877.65, down by 1.18% from its opening price of ₹1,900.00. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹1,938.00. The company’s market cap was ₹32,215.43 crore.

On the BSE, at 10:27 AM, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions share price was trading at ₹1,876.95, up by 1.13% from its opening price of ₹1,856.00 and 41.23% up from its issue price of ₹1,329.
