Happy Forgings Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the face value of ₹2 each for the financial year 2024-2025.
The final dividend of ₹3 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, as recommended by the Board of Directors and approved at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
The company stated that the payment will be made to shareholders or their mandates whose names are listed as Beneficial Owners at the close of business hours on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, as per the records provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
For FY25, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,409 crore, reflecting a 3.7% year-on-year growth. Gross profit rose to ₹817 crore, marking a 7.3% increase, supported by a 193 basis points expansion in margins, highlighting improved operational efficiencies and cost management.
EBITDA stood at ₹407 crore, registering a 4.9% growth year-on-year, with margins strengthening to 28.9%. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a robust 10.1% rise, reaching ₹267 crore, underscoring the company’s strong bottom-line performance for the year.
On July 21, 2025, Happy Forgings share price (NSE: HAPPYFORGE) opened at ₹940.30, touching the day’s high at ₹950.60, as of 9:36 AM on the NSE.
