Engineers India Ltd (EIL) has been gaining attention on Friday after the financial results for FY25 are announced.
On May 30, 2025, Engineers India share price (NSE: ENGINERSIN) opened at ₹224.50, up from its previous close of ₹217.36. At 10:50 AM, the share price of EIL was trading at ₹231.43, up by 6.47% on the NSE. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high so far at ₹239.00.
As per the audited consolidated financials, the company reported total income of ₹1,04,657.98 lakh in Q4 FY25, higher than ₹85,627.92 lakh in the corresponding quarter of FY24. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,01,022.69 lakh, compared to ₹80,513.82 lakh in Q4 FY24.
Net profit for the quarter surged to ₹27,981.00 lakh, more than doubling from ₹11,552.48 lakh in the year-ago period, and sharply up from ₹10,873.22 lakh in the previous quarter (Q3 FY25).
For the full financial year FY25, total income was ₹3,24,784.36 lakh, slightly lower than ₹3,50,002.30 lakh reported in FY24. Despite the marginal drop in income, net profit rose to ₹57,977.13 lakh, up from ₹44,525.78 lakh in the previous fiscal.
EIL’s Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (face value ₹5 each) for FY24-25. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be paid within the statutory time frame upon declaration.
Engineers India Ltd (EIL) is a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) majority-owned by the Government of India and operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG). The company offers consultancy and engineering services, along with turnkey project execution. EIL also provides post-execution services, including maintenance support and operational monitoring across various industries.
