On June 18, 2025, Electronics Mart India share price soared by over 18% to hit a record high of ₹158.75, marking the steepest intraday rise since its listing. The rally happened despite an overall weak market, where the Nifty 50 dropped 0.17%.

Market Reaction

The rally was backed by trading volumes 5 times higher than usual, with 3.43 million shares traded. Despite some profit booking, the stock held firm, closing 15.2% higher at ₹154.90. With a current market cap of ₹5,907.82 crore, Electronics Mart outperformed all its sector peers on the day.

Price Recovery and Yearly Performance

This was the third straight day of gains for the stock, which has now rebounded over 30% from its recent low of ₹116.80. However, the stock is still down 6.75% for the year, compared to the Nifty 50’s 4.9% gain.

Electronics Mart India Q4 FY25 Results and Business Growth

For the March 2025 quarter, the company posted a net profit of ₹31.46 crore, down 22.42% YoY, despite a 12.78% increase in revenue to ₹1,718.96 crore.

Earlier this month, it launched new stores under the ‘Bajaj Electronics’ brand in Andhra Pradesh and the ‘Electronics Mart’ brand in Delhi. CFO Premchand Devarakonda stated that the company plans to open 25 more stores this year, mostly across NCR, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
