Dixon Technologies share price was up 2.23% at 10:30 AM and was trading at ₹16,943. Ahead of its March quarter earnings announcement, investor optimism is high. Street expectations indicate a strong performance in profit and revenue.
According to CNBC-TV18, Dixon’s net profit is expected to rise 136% year-on-year to ₹229 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. This is a sharp jump from ₹97 crore in the same quarter last year.
As per news reports, company’s revenue can grow by 117% year-on-year to ₹1,019 crore, mainly driven by a rise in smartphone production and growth in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) segment. Smartphone volumes are expected to emerge positive, thanks to increased production of iSmartu and Compal devices.
However, 70% of Dixon's revenue comes from Motorola, which has shown some slowdown in growth this quarter. Even so, better execution in telecom and IT hardware manufacturing is expected to support overall growth.
