Cyient DLM Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue and order backlog growth, alongside a notable rise in EBITDA. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a decline due to non-operational factors.
The company reported revenue of ₹2,784 million, marking an 8.0% year-on-year (YoY) growth. EBITDA stood at ₹251 million, representing a 25.3% YoY increase, supported by a healthier revenue mix. The EBITDA margin improved to 9.0%, up by 125 basis points YoY.
Despite operational strength, PAT declined by 29.6% YoY to ₹75 million, driven by lower other income due to the deployment of IPO proceeds and non-cash amortisation of intangibles arising from recent mergers and acquisitions. These factors, which were not present in the prior year, weighed on net profitability despite revenue and EBITDA gains. The PAT margin stood at 2.7%, down 143 basis points YoY.
Cyient DLM closed the quarter with a record order backlog of ₹21,318 million, reflecting a quarter-on-quarter increase of ₹2,257 million. This surge was fueled by an order intake of ~₹5,150 million, the highest in the last ten quarters. Notably, nearly 50% of this new intake is executable within FY26, offering strong revenue visibility for the year ahead.
The company also maintained a strong cash position, reporting positive consolidated free cash flow (FCF) of ₹802 million, marking the third consecutive quarter of positive cash generation, strengthening its balance sheet further.
On July 23, 2025, Cyient DLM share price (NSE: CYIENTDLM) opened at ₹461.95, down from its previous close of ₹480.90. At 10:17 AM, the share price of Cyient DLM was trading at ₹461.85, down by 3.96% on the NSE.
