Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25.
In FY25, CONCOR reported a standalone revenue from operations of ₹8,863.37 crore, up from ₹8,632.49 crore in the previous year. The consolidated revenue stood at ₹8,887.02 crore, showing a consistent performance across its operational verticals.
Standalone profit for the year came in at ₹1,271.98 crore, marking a rise from ₹1,230.79 crore in FY24. On a consolidated basis, profit for FY25 reached ₹1,291.84 crore, compared to ₹1,248.45 crore in the previous fiscal, reflecting steady growth in earnings.
For Q4FY25, standalone profit stood at ₹302.14 crore, while consolidated profit was ₹298.88 crore.
The Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share (40% on face value of ₹5), for the financial year 2024-25. This is in addition to three interim dividends paid earlier during the year:
The record date for the final dividend is Friday, June 6, 2025, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.
The Board has also approved a bonus share issue in a 1:4 ratio, i.e., one bonus share for every four fully paid-up equity shares held. The issue is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot, and the record date for bonus entitlement will be announced in due course.

On May 22, 2025, CONCOR share price opened at ₹732.00 and closed at ₹739.00, up by 1.02%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹739.65.
