Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has scheduled its Board Meeting on May 22 to consider and approve a bonus issue. 

CONCOR said in an exchange filing ,” In continuation to our letter of even no. dated 24.04.2025 and as per Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of CONCOR in its meeting scheduled for Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 will also inter-alia consider the proposal for issue of bonus shares, if any, to the shareholders, which will be subject to requisite approvals.”

This marks the fifth time CONCOR has considered issuing bonus shares. CONCOR has a history of issuing bonus shares to its shareholders. Over the years, the company has declared bonus issues on multiple occasions. The most recent bonus issue was on February 4, 2019, with a ratio of 1:4, meaning one bonus share for every four shares held.

Prior to that, a similar 1:4 bonus was issued on April 5, 2017. Earlier, on September 6, 2013, the company offered a bonus at a 1:2 ratio. The earliest recorded bonus issue in this list was on April 16, 2008, when shareholders received one bonus share for each share held, indicating a 1:1 ratio. These bonus issues reflect CONCOR’s consistent efforts to reward its shareholders.
